The San Diego County Childhood Obesity Initiative would like to recognize the “Shaping a Healthy Future” award winners and nominees for their significant contributions to the prevention and reduction of childhood obesity. These individuals and organizations exemplify the spirit of the “Call to Action: San Diego County Childhood Obesity Action Plan” and have implemented strategies that focus on policy and environmental change, cross-domain collaboration, innovation and development of replicable models.
